Ash-Worth Time Bank Rural Wellbeing
Ash-Worth Time Bank have been helping older people in rural Cheshire since 2004 and have helped vulnerable and lonely people in 14 villages. They encourage local people to share their skills and time with other members of the community. Time banking enables people to live independently and helps to tackle loneliness and isolation. They have a network of over 450 people linking together to share their skills and time. Membership of Ash-Worth Time Bank is totally free as are all services.

Do you or someone you know suffer with a mental health issue? Beat the Darkness are creating a place for people to feel safe, to chat and socialise without judgment. Breathe Easy (British Lung Foundation)
Breathe Easy groups provide support and information for people living with a lung condition, and for those who look after them.
Groups hold regular meetings, usually monthly. People can meet and to talk to others, share their experiences and learn from each other. Regular speakers can also share information about living with their condition and coping with the emotional aspects of having a lung condition.
South Cheshire Support Group – Meet at Eagle Bridge Health Centre on the last Wednesday of the month from 2pm.
